I’ve been thinking a lot about what I actually want to make.
I don’t want to become another A.I. content creator chasing the newest tool every day.
A.I. moves at the speed of daily. There is always another model, feature, agent, or announcement to explain, and honestly, it gets exhausting. Especially because none of it matters if you haven’t done the Context Training™ part first.
That’s my lane. Context Training is the best thing I know how to teach when it comes to A.I. transformation and adoption. It’s the first step, the third step, and the tenth step. Before the tool, before the workflow, and again when the work changes.
It’s what I’m excited to teach in workshops and advise organizations on. It’s what I’ll keep talking about because it’s the part that helps people understand why they are doing what they are doing, not only which button to press.
But when I think about the content I’m genuinely excited to sit down and make, I think about travel. Vegan food. The things I find in tiny towns and big cities. The experiences I’m already having and the life I’m already living.
Which is the point of A.I.
So far in 2026, I’ve stayed in more than 20 hotels, visited 50 towns, and put 40,000 miles on my brand-new Silverado. I have trips to 6 states and 3 countries coming up in the next 3 months alone. I’m going to make the content that shows what building an A.I.-enabled business and career affords me: the time, the options, and the freedom to actually live the life I built all of this for.
That’s the story. And I want to make more of that.
That doesn’t mean I’m walking away from A.I. It means I’m done forcing myself into the most crowded, exhausting version of A.I. content when my best teaching is Context Training and the content that gives me energy lives in a wider world.
That brings me to the podcast.
I was publishing three episodes every week in five languages. Fifteen audio files every week. About sixty every month. Twelve of those were in English.
I could keep doing it. This week’s episode says exactly why I’m not.

Just Because You Can Doesn’t Mean You Should
|
Starting now, one new episode will come out every Wednesday. It’ll carry the biggest idea I’m thinking about that week. Then this Sunday newsletter will take that idea and turn it into one useful synthesis, not repeat the transcript back to you.
And I need to be honest about the newsletter too. This process needs to take about twenty minutes a week. I’m over turning one email into a long production cycle. I don’t think that’s moving the needle, and I don’t think it’s the best use of my time. If I can’t streamline it, the newsletter won’t keep going just because it already exists.

EverFreely™ Update
Stop rebuilding your story for every opportunity.
A lot of people on this list joined because you were waiting for EverFreely, so I’ve wanted to say this for a long time: the app is back in production. My goal is to put it in your hands this fall.
You land on a grant application, speaker call, pitch competition, fellowship, podcast, award, or press opportunity. It asks for your bio, experience, proof, story, and the same answers you’ve already written six different ways in six different documents.
|
One click turns your context into a finished application.
|
It reads the application, pulls from the context and evidence you approved, and fills out the answers for you. Review and tweak each one, or set it to autosubmit, the way I do.
It can also find opportunities that fit and explain why they belong on your list. For founders and independent experts, that can mean business grants, accelerators, pitch competitions, speaking calls, podcasts, press, awards, and other openings that can lead to visibility, leads, and revenue.
For working professionals, it can help you build the thought leadership and credible personal brand that strengthen executive presence, make your expertise easier to see, and create options for speaking, consulting, board service, a portfolio career, or a business of your own later.
That’s the app. Not another giant opportunity list. It uses the context you build, define, and design to do the application work.
The first version gave people the blueprint for building the system themselves. The evidence was clear.
|
People didn’t want the blueprint. They wanted the application filled out.
|
So I changed it. If you joined through the EverFreely waitlist, you’re already set, and you’ll hear launch news here first. Know a founder, independent expert, or working professional who keeps rebuilding their story for every opportunity?

Trying something doesn’t mean you have to keep doing it
The Connector Method™ is Action → Evidence → Confidence → Results.
People hear “fast action” and think it means moving quickly, then stubbornly dragging every decision behind you forever. It doesn’t.
Fast action gets you out of theory. It gives you something real to measure.
I took action with the podcast. Three episodes a week. Five languages. I proved the system could do it.
Then came the evidence. The volume was possible, but it was not moving the needle enough to justify the review time, and it was crowding work I care more about.
That evidence gave me confidence to change the schedule without treating the change like a failure.
The result is one stronger episode every Wednesday, a newsletter built from its best idea, and room for EverFreely, the workshops, the book, travel, food, family, and everything else that makes this a life instead of a content machine.
|
Trying something gives you real information. If it isn’t working, you can change it.
|
EverFreely followed the same loop.
Action: I built the opportunity system and gave people the blueprint.
Evidence: They didn’t want to become software engineers. They wanted to click a button and have the application filled out from their own context.
Confidence: The problem was right. The delivery was wrong.
Result: EverFreely is becoming the app that does the work.
This is why “just because you can” isn’t the end of the question. Can is proven through action. Should is answered by evidence.
|
🛠️ One Thing To Do Today: run the Connector Method on your week
Open the A.I. tool you already use. Paste a list of the projects, meetings, content, systems, or offers taking your time. Then paste this:
“Look at this list using The Connector Method: Action, Evidence, Confidence, Results. Make a simple table showing what I tried, what actually happened, what I know now, and whether I should keep it, change it, or stop it. Don’t make anything up. If information is missing, say so. Then tell me which one thing I can change or stop to save the most time without hurting the results that matter.”
The A.I. can organize the evidence. You still decide what the evidence means for your life.

S3 E6: Just Because You Can Doesn’t Mean You Should
I could publish sixty audio episodes a month. I chose one strong episode every Wednesday instead. In this episode, I explain why being able to make more doesn’t mean more is useful, and what I changed to make room for EverFreely.
