FROM THE TRAIL

I called a doctor's office this week. Before anyone picked up, I got a message telling me to leave a voicemail and they'd call back. I hung up and moved on to the next provider. That call, that exact moment, is happening thousands of times a day in practices across the world. Every one of those hang-ups is revenue walking out the door. And every one of them is a business opportunity for someone reading this right now.

THE MAIN THING
How to Make Money With A.I. Today

The old way of thinking about making money with A.I. is "learn the tools, then figure out what to offer." That's backwards. The opportunities are already sitting in front of you. For a lot of women in my circles, especially Black women, the last year has been layoffs, uncertainty, and fear about the next one. I'm not going to tell you to just "bet on yourself" like that's a strategy. I'm going to tell you what you can actually go do this week to generate real income using tools that exist right now for under a hundred dollars a month.

Start with that doctor's office. Think about how many times you've called a provider and been sent to voicemail. Now think about that happening across every medical office, every dental practice, every law firm, every consulting firm in your city. Across the country. Across the continent. Across the world. That problem is a product.

A.I. voice receptionist. Not the awkward chatbot you get when you call your phone company. An intelligent voice agent that actually answers questions, holds real conversations, and schedules appointments directly onto the calendar. You can build this with ElevenLabs or GoHighLevel. Offer it to any practice that's losing callers to voicemail. Three to seven thousand dollars plus per install with a monthly retainer. One client covers their costs for the rest of the year, it’s pure ROI for them.

Intelligent website agent. Same problem, different channel. An agent that lives on the site, engages visitors at the point of contact, answers their questions, and books them before they bounce. That's the difference between a website that's a brochure and a website that's a salesperson.

Text agent. Same capability through SMS. A potential client texts a question, gets a real response, gets scheduled. Three channels. One problem. Three revenue streams.

Websites and landing pages. Claude Design. GHL. Even Gamma does it. You can build a professional site or event landing page in hours. People are paying five, ten, twenty thousand dollars for websites. You can deliver one in a day for five hundred dollars, or bundle it into a larger service package with a day of work.

Micro apps. What problem does your client solve every day that could be an app? I know someone who built one just to organize household chores and task rotation. That's a product at forty-seven dollars per person as a template, or a thousand per client as a custom personal app build. People are still buying static PDF budget planners on Etsy every single day. You can build something interactive and alive.

Interactive spreadsheets and lead magnets. Claude goes directly into spreadsheets now. Budget trackers, project dashboards, client reporting templates, diagnostic tools. Make them more dynamic than the stale PDFs people are still paying for, and watch the conversion rates change.

Email marketing. For any of these older businesses, local shops, salons, professional practices, service firms. Email is still the highest-ROI channel and most of them aren't doing it at all. Set it up with A.I., run it, charge monthly.

Now take that same model and apply it to your existing expertise. If you're a PR consultant, a fractional executive, an advisor of any kind, think about how A.I. collapses your time to deliver. A strategy engagement that used to take two weeks of research and a team of three can now be delivered in two days by one person. Your expertise doesn't change. Your cost to deliver does. So you can serve more clients, charge the same rate, and your margins expand. Or you can offer a tier that used to be impossible at a price point that wasn't viable before.

That's a five-figure month from a couple of clients. This isn't speculation. The tools exist. The need is documented every time someone hangs up on a voicemail. The only question is whether you go get the client or someone else does.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Claude Design Dropped 3 Days Ago

Anthropic launched Claude Design on April 17 (speed of daily!). It's a new product inside Claude that lets you create prototypes, pitch decks, landing pages, one-pagers, and mockups from a text prompt. No Figma. No design background. Describe what you want, Claude builds a first version, you refine through conversation and direct edits. It exports to Canva, PDF, PPTX, or standalone HTML. If you're offering website or landing page services to clients, this just cut your build time to almost nothing. Available now starting at $20, no excuses.

DID YOU KNOW?
The Voicemail Problem Has No Borders

That doctor's office call happens in Quito and Kampala and Hyderabad too. The difference is that in many of those markets, nobody is offering the solution yet. A service-based business owner in Guadalajara who can build and install a voice agent for a medical clinic has essentially zero competition right now. The tools cost the same twenty dollars a month everywhere. The gap between who needs this and who's offering it is massive, and it's global.

💬 Prompt

WHAT IT DOES: Takes your professional background and turns it into a ranked list of A.I. products and services you could sell this month, with pricing, tools to build it, and your first client target.

BEST FOR: Service-based business owners who know A.I. is the move but haven't figured out what to offer yet.

THE PROMPT:

"I'm a [your role/profession] with [X years] of experience. My clients are [describe who you serve]. The problems I solve most often are [list 2-3 recurring problems]. The tasks that eat most of my non-billable time are [list 2-3]. I'm comfortable with [list any tools you already use, even if it's just Google Docs and Canva].

Based on this, give me five A.I.-powered products or services I could realistically offer within the next 30 days. For each one, tell me: what it is in one sentence, who the first client should be (specific business type, not a vague persona), what to charge, which tool to build it with, how long the first version takes to build, and the exact sentence I'd use to pitch it in a cold email or DM. Rank them by fastest path to first dollar."

WHAT TO EXPECT: A prioritized list of offers that come from your actual expertise, not generic A.I. side hustles. The ranking by fastest-to-revenue means the first one on the list is the one you act on this week.

PRO TIP: Run it twice. Once with Claude, once with ChatGPT. Compare the outputs. Then tell them to do it for you, or how can it be done in a day or less.
