SEED & SOCIETY®
FROM THE TRAIL
I just got back from Mic Drop Live in Indianapolis, and I'm honestly still processing how much that room gave me.
It was full of powerhouse women, so supportive, so affirming, so life-giving. I’ve had no less than 50 women tell me how my talk inspired them and that is not something I take lightly or for granted. That’s the kind of energy that solidified something I've been sitting with for months. The next wave of greatness in the A.I. era is in real life. In rooms. With people who are aligned with your mission.

I've spent thousands of hours in A.I. tools at this point. There's a lot A.I. can do, right? You can have it automate your processes. You can have it give you productivity levels humans can't always reach on their own. The thing that's A.I.-proof, the thing that cannot be replicated, at least not in any way I've seen, is the energy. What you feel in a room when you're connected to people walking the same direction. Your lived experience and how you perceive your story. That's irreplaceable. This is why I speak. This is why I think it matters that you use your voice. Continue telling your stories. Continue being you. That's the thing A.I. cannot touch.
I was in over 4 cities this week across 3 states, and in every time I mentioned to a business owner about what I was creating with EverFreely™, they said they need this. So I'm making a call I've been sitting with almost as soon as I announced it.
The More Money & Time™ Labs are shifting to fully asynchronous, and being released in June. Step-by-step guidance, still designed to be completed in a day, with the videos, walkthroughs, and theory you need to hit the outcome. Just not with me live. Going forward, the only live access I'm offering is VIP days, and those will be extremely limited and by application only.
With my new role, I'm traveling multiple times a month for the foreseeable future, and splitting my focus serves no one. The smartest thing I can give you right now is EverFreely™ in your hands, fast. That's where my time has to go. I’m honoring my capacity and setting firm boundaries for myself, and I hope you are too.
Again, everything I teach in the labs you can do yourself with A.I., my podcast, and this newsletter. I give all of the education you need. So don't feel discouraged if a VIP day isn't on the table for you. The async labs get you the same outcome and are literally formulated like a recipe. The pieces, the walkthroughs, the implementation, all of it. The live wrapper was the accountability layer. Build the accountability into your calendar instead and you're set.
THE MAIN THING
Four A.I. Agents You Can Build Today
Two weeks ago I gave you seven Skills. Skills are one-shot prompts you invoke when you need them. An agent is a system that runs without you. It has a trigger, a schedule, or a condition that activates it. It doesn't wait for you to click. It works while you're with a client, asleep, or living your life.
A Skill waits for you. An agent doesn't. I use both.
EverFreely™ is actually a series of agents running autonomous tasks and passing work to each other. The first agent scans curated sources every morning. A second scores what it found. A third drafts the application in your voice. The user opens a dashboard, reviews what surfaced, approves or edits, and submits. The whole system runs in the background, finding money you would never have found manually. That's what makes it different from an automation. At each stage the agents reason and customize the output, instead of following a fixed path.
You don't need to build something that complex to get the benefit. Here are four agents you can build today using tools you already have access to.
Agent 1: Morning Research Briefing Build with: Cowork
Set up a recurring task in Cowork that runs every morning. Give it your client list, their industries, and the sources you care about. It pulls what changed overnight, summarizes the top items, and delivers a briefing to your inbox before you open your laptop. No middleware, no Zapier, no API keys. Cowork handles the schedule natively. Start with one client, expand when you trust the output.
Agent 2: Lead Qualifier Build with: MindStudio
Build an agent in MindStudio that takes form submissions from your website, scores responses against your ideal client criteria, and sends a personalized auto-reply based on the score. Hot leads get an alert sent straight to you. Everyone else gets routed to a resource that keeps them warm without eating your calendar. MindStudio handles the reasoning layer, the scoring logic, and the response generation in one build. Connect your form through a webhook.
Agent 3: Invoice Follow-up Build with: Zapier + Claude
Connect your invoicing tool (Stripe, QuickBooks, FreshBooks) to Zapier. When an invoice hits overdue, Zapier passes the invoice details to Claude, which drafts a reminder in your voice using the client's name and invoice amount. Reminders go out at 7, 14, 30, and 60 days, getting progressively firmer each time. At ninety days it can send a final notice and trigger your collections process. Each email is professional, personalized, and sent without you remembering, drafting, or having the awkward conversation. You get notified only when payment arrives, or when the thirty-day notice goes unanswered.
Agent 4: Content Repurposing Build with: Cowork + Blotato
Set up a recurring weekly task in Cowork. Feed it your latest podcast transcript or voice note. It produces a blog post draft, a newsletter section, three LinkedIn posts, and five short-form hooks. All in your voice, using the voice reference you already loaded in your Claude Project. You review, edit, and send to Blotato for distribution and scheduling. One input, a week of content, repeated every week without you rebuilding the workflow.
Pro Tip: Pick one. Build it this week. The point is not to build all four. The point is to feel what it's like to have a system working while you're not at the keyboard. Once you feel that, you don't go back.

MORE MONEY, TIME, & OPTIONS
This Week on the Podcast

Ep 15: What Your A.I. Tools Actually Cost (Beyond the Subscription)
You're paying $20 a month for your A.I. tools and calling it a business expense. But every query has a physical supply chain: water, electricity, land, and someone's neighborhood. What A.I. infrastructure actually costs, how the major companies compare, and what responsible use looks like when the foundation underneath "more options" has to stay livable.
Ep 16: Why Your First A.I. Agent Should Be for You
The two failure patterns that trap most service providers: endless studying, or over-promising to clients too soon. Why building for yourself first gives you faster, more honest feedback than any client or beta tester. Four agents you can build for your own workflow this week, and the feedback loop that separates builders who grow from ones who stall.
Ep 17: Speaking Is a Revenue Stream. Are You Treating It Like One?
What paid speaking actually pays across event types, from local chambers to corporate keynotes worth $75,000 or more. When unpaid gigs make sense and when they don't. How to build a system that gets you consistently booked in rooms where people pay you to be there.
🛠️ One Thing To Do Today
Go read the Claude for Small Business announcement Anthropic dropped last week, and take the free AI Fluency for Small Business course they released alongside it with PayPal.
While you're reading, sit with one question: which of the 15 workflows would give you back the most time in your business right now? Invoice chasing, month-end close, contract review, lead triage, campaign drafting. Don't try to use all of them. Pick the one that's been costing you hours every week and start there.
I haven't gotten to fully test it yet because of travel, so I'm not going to give you my take until I have one worth giving. For now, the homework is: read it, take the course, and identify your one starting point. If you’d like, message me with what you decide!
Until next time, Continue planting the Seeds for a better Society
