SEED & SOCIETY®
FROM THE TRAIL
A solopreneur built a $1.8 billion company this year with zero human employees. Just A.I. ones. And he started in September 2024. So if A.I. can run a billion-dollar operation, it can get a service-based business owner to consistent six-figure months.
I finally have the language for what I have been building, and I want to say it in the clearest way I know how.
Seed & Society® teaches service-based business owners how to install A.I. Employees in a day.

That is the clearest version I have ever had. And the reason it took me this long to say it that simply is because I was too close to it. I have been building these systems in real time: the podcast pipeline, the blog engine, the business brain, the voice clone, the speaker booking system, the website I rebuilt on a plane. To me, it all made sense because I was inside the machine.
But I keep having conversations where I realize people still do not understand that you do not have to do your business the old way. And by the old way, I mean last year. I mean earlier this year. There is no reason you should be all the way burned out from a podcast when my entire podcast is produced by my A.I. clone this week while I am in Philadelphia with my family. There is no reason content should eat your whole day when the videos I released this week took me two minutes of recording over a month ago.
I am in Philly right now getting content done, and by getting content done I mean 2 minute videos with better backgrounds and clothing changes to train my AI clone. It’ll take me like an hour and my content calendar will be largely set until the fall. My kids are with me. And the only part of the work that actually costs me real time is the thinking. The stories, the frameworks, the decisions about what carries my name. Everything else is an A.I. Employee doing what I trained it to do. Good A.I. does not remove your discernment. It gives your discernment better infrastructure.
Two changes while I have you. The podcast is moving to twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday. I read and shape every script myself, and I would rather give you two episodes you actually finish and act on than three you scroll past. This is an execution ecosystem. It only works if you execute. And my goal is to make that as painless and quick as (in)humanely possible, because well…AI. I am also going to start taking YouTube a LOT more seriously, because it is the best channel for the mission I care about most: service-based business owners everywhere having more money, more time, and more options. So you’ll keep getting content from me daily.
THE MAIN THING
What Job in Your Business Needs an Employee?
The first question is not what A.I. tool should I use.
The first question is: what job in my business needs an employee?
That is the shift.
Most service-based business owners are still thinking about A.I. like a tool drawer. ChatGPT for writing. Claude for strategy. Canva for graphics. That is useful, but it is not the full move.
The stronger move is to stop organizing by tool and start organizing by job and desired outcome aka RESULTS.
The Blog Agent turns your ideas into searchable content that keeps working after you publish it. Mine publishes every single day without me writing a word.
The Podcast & Content Agent is why the show reaches your feed without me in a studio. It handles production, clips, repurposing, distribution, and scheduling while I focus on the thinking.
The one my readers and listeners keep asking about: the Speaker Booking Agent. It finds aligned speaking opportunities, qualifies them, drafts outreach, organizes follow-ups, and launches proposals. End to end.
I rebuilt my entire website on a plane and saved a five-figure invoice. That was the Website Building Agent turning a conversation into a professional, owned site with a dynamic chatbot.
And underneath all of them is the Business Brain. Your brand, your voice, your frameworks loaded into a project that makes every other A.I. Employee smarter. This is where everyone starts.
I call them A.I. Employees because they have a role, they have a job, and they show up every day whether you do or not.
These are not names I pulled from the air. They are the systems I have built in my own business, and they are the ones y'all keep asking me to teach.
That is why I am building the Labs this way.
Not as courses you collect. As employees you install.
Because if a Lab does not help you make more money, save more time, or create more options, it does not belong in Seed & Society®.
If a task repeats, it can become a system. If a system has a clear role, it can become an A.I. Employee. If an A.I. Employee gives you back capacity, you now have more room for the work only you can do.
For a lot of us, the first hire is not a person anymore. The first hire is context. Then a workflow. Then an A.I. Employee. Then, when you do bring in people, they are stepping into a business with infrastructure instead of chaos.
I also just rebuilt the A.I. Employee Report. It used to give you a general roadmap with multiple possibilities. Now it gives you one answer: the first A.I. Employee your business needs, why that one first, and the steps to build it. One recommendation. One employee to install.
Here is how the whole ecosystem fits together:
The A.I. Employee Report. Just revamped. Find your first AI hire.
More Money & Time™ Labs. Install that employee, step by step. Launching next month.
The Connector Community. Launching with the Labs. Keep momentum, get support, see what to build next.
EverFreely™. Find the money. Grants, sponsorships, speaking, opportunities.
VIP Builds. Hands-on help when the system is too important to figure out alone.
The podcast and this newsletter give you the thinking, the tools, and the proof, free. The Labs are for when you want the employee installed with you.
You do not have to run your business the way you did last year. Start by finding your first employee. The A.I. Employee Report is rebuilt and ready. Take it now at audit.seedandsociety.com.

This Week on the Podcast

Ep 21: The Stack: How Service Businesses Are Building Toward Seven Figures
Your service business has a revenue ceiling, and this episode gives you the full stack to build past it. Every layer, from A.I.-integrated services to productized expertise, non-dilutive capital, content revenue, and authority building, with realistic numbers and honest timelines at each stage.
Ep 22: The $20,000 Website I Built for Almost Nothing
How I rebuilt my entire business website on a single flight for almost nothing, after years and thousands of dollars on tools and designers that never felt right. The exact shift from expensive, complicated setups to owned infrastructure that costs zero dollars a month to host and takes minutes to update.
Ep 23: How I Built a Podcast in Five Languages on an Hour a Month
I publish fifteen episodes a week across five languages from one script, with about an hour a month of hands-on time. The full pipeline, why a podcast builds the kind of trust that turns strangers into clients, and how A.I. made a multilingual show reachable for a solo operator.
🛠️ One Thing To Do Today
Write down the five tasks you repeat every week.
Then next to each one, write what role that task actually belongs to.
Content agent. Research agent. Follow-up agent. Operations agent. Opportunity finder.
Do not start with the tool. Start with the job.
That is how you find your first A.I. Employee.
Or skip the exercise and let the report do it for you: audit.seedandsociety.com
Until next time, Continue planting the Seeds for a better Society
